Should you decide to keep the video(s), we will bill you net 30 or you may pay for the video(s) by American Express, VISA or MasterCard.

Should you decide any program you preview does not meet your needs or is not worth the price, simply ship it back to us via UPS or other service with a tracking system.

We do not allow previews of DVD programming.  For previewing program(s) you want on DVD, please preview the program(s) on VHS and then return them for the DVD should you decide the program will meet your needs.  We will not charge you shipping to send you the DVD program(s) if you have previewed them on VHS.

If possible, please include a check for the cost of shipping/handling with the return package, or we can bill you. This amount is shown on the packing slip that will come with the preview order and is usually between $7.50 and $20.00 depending on the number of videos previewed.

Preview video(s) must be received at our location within 15 days from the "ship date". Should you keep the preview video(s) for more than the 5 business days without an authorization from us, there will be a $20.00 per video, per week rental fee for overdue returns, plus the cost of shipping and handling.

Written Materials are not allowed for preview. They will be shipped upon approval of purchase.
